We started looking to build a post frame buildIng a year ago. Believe me I talked to all the post frame builders around and Waverly post frame buildings was the best hands down. Why? The other builders were cookie cutter builders I had certain wants In this building and their answer was no problem. Rich was great to work with designing the building and no question we asked was an annoyance to him. The quality of the build is hands down the best I’ve seen . Nick the owner would stop by almost everyday as his crew was building . That’s a personal touch . And Rich would stop by just about as much to see if the crew needed anything and making sure my wife and I were happy with the building. Last but not least the crew of men that built the build were great and when you see a Waverly building you will see the quality I have told you about.
